Metzner Triathlon 5000

The auto-crimping machine with outstanding throughput capability. Offering up to 2000 pieces per hour with single or double-sided ink-jet printing and terminal crimping, the Triathlon 5000 is the ideal machine for all manufacturers of control cabinets with very high-volume parts requirements. With the two crimp stations for various crimp applications up to 3,5mm² the Triathlon 5000 is ready for fully automatic crimping.

• Cut and Strip: Cutting and stripping of cables and wires with 3.5mm up to 6mm diameters.

• Crimping: Patented handling system for crimping of core cable ends on one or both sides from 0.5mm² to 2.5mm². Customer's specific solutions on request.

• High Speed: With a feeding speed up to 7 m/sec (without printing) the fully automatic crimping machine Triathlon 5000 offers a very high production output.

• Marking and Printing: Equiped with one or two ink jet printers all markings apply freely-programmable texts, logos and marks “on the run” with no loss of time. It is also possible to equip the Triathlon 5000 with a thermal transfer printer or and Brady Wraptor printer.
  

• Software to support you: All generated part lists are imported without expense. Also the production is optimized for set-up times and all printing texts and printing positions are delivered via software to the machine.
