Cable Processing
Metzner automatic cable and wire processing machines are powerful, precise and exceptionally versatile to use and, in addition, are surprisingly simple to operate and program. The cutting and stripping machines are characterized by high precicion and production speed and will convince you with their outstanding cutting force, wide range of cutting methods, such as the rotary cut, and the robust, durable construction.
They are developed for a complete cable processing: cutting to length, cutting and stripping, crimping, marking and lableling, dereeling and coiling of round and ribbon cables with a cross section of 0.14 mm² to 185 mm² and 3 mm to 30 mm outer diameter.
Other than our numerous standard machines for cutting, stripping, crimping of cables and wires we develop also customer specific machines and optional expansions of series machines for almost each use. In combination with the right peripherals or powerful software solutions, Metzner cable processing machines can make use of their full capabilities when extended an automatic production line. Metzner peripherals and software are optimally tuned to the processing machines and correspond to the manifold practical application requirements. |
