Metzner CCM 4 Gasket
The Metzner CCM 4 Gaskets is a powerful and very precise circular knife cutting machine for cutting plain section gaskets. For tubes with suitable material properties, the CCM 4 Gasket offers an excellent possibility to produce gaskets with a circular knife. In addition, it offers the possibility to cut several tubes in parallel.
The circular knife cut requires no supporting mandrel, it processes endless (continuous) material and is flexible with regard to different diameters. With its material specific feeding guides the Metzner CCM 4 Gasket is flexible for different diameters. The circular knife feed is carried out with a servo linear unit and with material-specific feed programs, which ensures further improvement in cutting quality. |
 | The machine is equipped as standard with a cooling lubrication system and can work with both water and cooling lubricant. The coolant is regularly processed in a closed loop, and chips and solids are filtered out in this process. | |
