Whether (remote) maintenance and repair, spare parts procurement, conversions, technical support or training and operator training - our customer service is there for you and will be pleased to help you.

We want your machine to run and, if you wish, we can come to your site to do so. Just contact us if you have any questions/problems - we will find a solution!

After Sales Services:

 

Maintenance and Servicing 

Does your machine or Leibinger printer need maintenance? We can look after it for you or have the scope of maintenance determined by our qualified service technicians. We also offer the (preventive) exchange of spare and wear parts to ensure the reliable functionality of your machine.

On-Site Service

We will visit you on site! Wherever you need us for maintenance, repair work, troubleshooting or to determine the scope of maintenance – our service technicians will be happy to visit you and carry out the appropriate measures.

Spare Parts

In need of a spare part for one of our standard or special machines? Or do you have a picture of the spare part and would like to find it with the help of the machine number? Then simply contact us and we will take care of it.

Conversions

We will rebuild your machine – e.g. because you have subsequent special requests, you want to expand the machine scope, or because the parts availability of the suppliers has changed. This type of work is usually carried out at Metzner, but in special cases, conversions can also be carried out on site.

Remote Controls

From a software point of view, fault diagnoses etc. can be made remotely on many of our machines, or the machinery can be repaired by remote maintenance. Current software versions or error descriptions can also be viewed remotely.

Technical Support

Do you have questions about our machines, spare parts or special requests? Or do you need information that goes beyond operating instructions or spare parts lists? Simply contact us by e-mail or telephone. We will be happy to help you.

Training and Operator Training

To make sure that you know how to operate your machine correctly, we offer appropriate training courses before delivery as well as machine training courses for fundamental modifications after a conversion. Our range of services also includes company-/machine-specific training courses that enable you to perform your own maintenance.

Please note, that the fields marked with „*“ are mandatory fields, which we need in every case to provide support. Additionally, you can add informative pictures, video recordings, etc. to this fault message, which can support our cause analysis.

We reserve the right to charge for services, that ocur during the processing of the support, which are not covered by warranty. Billing is based on actural performance time according to our service cost rates in the current version. Please expressly agree tot he order under point 9.
