Cable coilers from Ramatech and Metzner
Together with our subsidary ramatech, we offer you different cable coilers. All work fully automatic and simplify the daily work routine: After processing, the mandrels are lowered automatically, the protection cover opens and even heavy cable can easily been taken.
You have the choice:
rama KRI 450 for cable diameters up to 18 mm, a weight of the coil from max. 40 kg and cable lenghts of 1.5 m and more. Available as a coiler (KRI 450 C), coiler and binder (KRI 450 CB) as well as a version which coils, binds and conveys the coil over a flotation belt (KRI 450 CBP). For more information click here.
rama KRI 850 for cable diameters up to 35 mm, a weight of the coil from max. 80 kg and cable lenghts of 2.5 m and more. Available as a coiler, coiler and binder as well as a version which coils, binds and conveys the coil over a flotation belt. For more information click here.
Metzner CRC 450 DUO with two coiling units, which are used one after the other. The advantage: Your production must not stop. While the operator takes the assembled cable out of one coiler, the other one is filled. This saves labor and thus money. For cable diameters up to 15 mm. More infos: here.
