Uncompromising cutting quality: dry cutting and cooling
The standard process of the CCM 2 is based on high-precision dry cutting, supplemented by an integrated dust extraction system. This not only ensures a clean working environment but also protects the machine’s mechanical components. For particularly challenging materials where frictional heat must be minimized, we offer optional micro-blade cooling. This cools the circular blade precisely, significantly extends tool life, and ensures first-class surface quality at the cut.
Optimized material flow through an integrated discharge conveyor
At Metzner, efficiency doesn’t stop at the cut. To speed up the production process and simplify handling, the CCM 2 comes standard with an integrated discharge conveyor that is 1,300 mm long. The processed material is removed in a controlled manner, which prevents jams and enables orderly removal or further processing. This reduces the need for manual intervention and increases the overall throughput of your production.

Despite its advanced technology, the CCM 2 remains remarkably easy to operate. The modern Siemens control system is intuitively designed and allows operators to set all relevant parameters quickly and safely. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, no in-depth prior knowledge is required – this shortens the training period and minimizes the risk of operating errors in daily production.
