Gentle material processing
Processing of pressure-sensitive materials with minimal mechanical impact to ensure distortion-free cutting quality. Very thin blades (from 0.1 mm) and an angled cut reduce material resistance during the cutting process to an absolute minimum.

Flexibility thanks to vertical tape feed
The Metzner KL-BV 40 is available with an optional vertically mounted belt feed. This design offers significant advantages when handling static materials, as they fall downwards under the force of gravity, ensuring a reliable process and preventing any obstruction of the material flow.
