Metzner CRC 450 DUO: when one cable reel is taken out, the next one is already in the making
The Metzner CRC 450 DUO double ring coiler coils one cable while the operator takes the other cable from the second coiler. The changeover is fully automatic. This means that no production stops are necessary.

The most efficient production never stands still. With the Metzner CRC 450 DUO dual cable coiler, you take a big step in this direction. The principle is simple: When the operator takes the finished coiled cable out of the coiler, the next product is already being produced on the second coiler.
With a dual coiler, production has not to wait for the operator
Of course, the feed changes automatically from one coiler to the other. The protective cover also opens only after completion and then moves immediately and automatically over the second coiler. In this way, the cutting machine sets the pace and not the downstream logistics.
The Metzner CRC 450 DUO dual cable coiler is of course 100% compatible with all Metzner cut & strip machines.
